What is Involved?

Acupuncture is a relatively painless treatment, using fine single-use, pre-sterilised disposable needles.  A number of needles may be used during each treatment using specific acupuncture points. These may be left in for up to 20 minutes.

Alternatively, you may be offered trigger point acupuncture, to facilitate relaxation in a specific muscle.  Less needles will be used and the effect is often quicker in the treated muscle group.
